New York, NY – May 3, 2013 – Real Media Group, a business unit of 24/7 Media, announced today several new hires on its North American Sales Team, expanding its offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Chicago.  These key hires bring a great deal of experience from within the digital advertising industry, both on the agency and client side of the business.

New hires on the West Coast and Midwest include the following:

Casey Squier, Director of West Coast Sales, is based in Los Angeles. His digital career began at Overture (which was acquired by Yahoo! in 2003), where he held various Sales and Account Management teams across the country.  Most recently, he held various leadership roles at IPG.  He reports to Real Media Group’s VP, West Coast Sales, Gill Brown

Rob Harrington joins Real Media Group as a Senior Account Executive in Los Angeles.  He was previously West Coast Senior Account Director at Genome, a division of Yahoo!, where he worked with multiple Fortune 500 clients and managed high level agency relationships in Southern California.  Prior to his role at Genome, Rob worked in Sales for Meebo (which was later purchased by Google) and MTV networks, where he helped build the first branded entertainment program across all Viacom properties. Rob reports to Casey Squier.

Jordana Havriluk, Senior Account Executive, is based in San Francisco and also reports to Gill Brown. Jordana joins Real Media Group from a sales role at Gilt City, the local lifestyle site of the Gilt Groupe.  She also has held various roles in sales and marketing in the publishing industry. Jordana graduated from Berkeley and studied Business at NYU.

Katy Katz joins Real Media Group as a Senior Account Executive in Chicago.  Her extensive experience in Sales includes recent roles at Luminate, an image advertising and related content network, and JiWire, a location-powered mobile advertising and data platform.  Katy also spent several years at Fuor Digital, as a Director of Strategic Relations.

Emma Wiedner recently joined Real Media Group as an Account Executive from Spark Chicago, where she was a Media Supervisor.  Prior to that, she spent 3 years in various Strategic roles at FRWD Minneapolis. 

Joe Patlevic joins Real Media Group’s Chicago sales team as an Account Executive.  He comes to Real Media Group from Yume where he was Senior Account Manager for key Midwest accounts.  Prior to that, he worked at Mindshare on the BP, Wrigley and Kimberly Clark accounts.

The new Chicago hires all report to Heather Draney, Real Media Group’s Director of Midwest Sales. 

An early supporter of the IAB’s Sales Certification initiative, Real Media Group requires that all members of its sales team become IAB Sales Certified within three months of joining the company.
